Jenni Bowman
Founder & Creative Producer
Jenni Bowman is a Brooklyn-based creative producer working across theater, music, opera, dance, and multidisciplinary performance. She is the founder of ShowShow, a creative producing company dedicated to fully realizing ambitious, artist-driven work. Current projects include a new work by Ben Kimitch; //shrouded\\ by jaamil olawale kosoko; visual artist and composer James Allister Sprang’s LIME and Felt Void; and an Off-Broadway run of Terror Is the Order of the Day, directed by Tea Alagić and opening in 2027.
Jenni brings 20 years of experience producing complex live performance independently and at institutions including Park Avenue Armory, International Contemporary Ensemble, Discovery Green in Houston, and Philip Glass’ Days & Nights Festival in California. Her first job in New York City was producing The Mermaid Parade in Coney Island.
A former stage manager, Jenni helmed the international tour of Glass, Wilson & Child’s Einstein on the Beach and numerous Chekhov productions at Lake Lucille. She currently serves on the board of JACK.
Melissa Kievman
Producer
Blurring the lines between theater, performance, and the places we live and work, Melissa Kievman creates site-responsive projects that center community, inquiry, and collective experience. She has produced festivals, creative convenings, artistic partnerships, pop-up performances, and site-specific interventions, while also directing new plays nationally and internationally.
For St. Ann’s Warehouse, Kievman collaborated with Yazmany Arboleda to produce Little Amal Walks NYC, generating 50 activations across all five boroughs. She also served as Producer of the inaugural Brown Arts IGNITE Series, commissioning and activating multidisciplinary work by national, international, and local artists and scholars in celebration of the opening of Brown University’s Lindemann Performing Arts Center.
A former National Endowment for the Arts/TCG Directing Fellow and Drama League Fellow, Kievman previously served as Associate Artistic Director of New Dramatists and spent a decade on the faculty of the Brown | Trinity Rep MFA programs. She is a founding board member of artEquity and a longtime artistic producer of The Lake Lucille Chekhov Project. Her film I Am a Seagull has screened internationally, including at Mass MoCA, Noorderzon, Spoleto, and The Public Theater’s Under the Radar Festival.
Reba Gazdik
Administrative & Operations Consultant
Reba Saul Gazdik is an administrative and operations professional with over 25 years of experience supporting theater, film, and television productions as a costumer and costume supervisor. Reba studied Theatre Production and graduated from the Webster University Conservatory of Theatre Arts in 2005.
Jason Goodman
Associate Producer
Jason is a producer, director, and performer passionate about developing new works that foreground their relationship to the spaces they inhabit and the communities they emerge from. For the last two years, Jason has served as the Season Producer at the Cape Cod Theatre Project, a new play development festival.
Jason’s solo performance, 2000 Words (GRID: Theatre/Archaeology), premiered in Greece and the UK last year. He was the dramaturg for She Speaks, a new work by Harriet Walter (Old Vic Theatre, London). As a Producing Fellow at the Brown University Arts Institute (BAI), he has produced film festivals, public art installations, exhibitions, and performance pieces.
